Finding and fixing PC or network problems after they occur is slow, costly, and disruptive to your business and your customers. Instead, with Managed Services monitoring and managing your entire IT infrastructure, performance issues are identified before they cause problems and downtime. Anticipating and preventing these problems gives you reliable IT systems that your business can depend upon.

Monitoring and Management

ABG’s Enabled IT automatically monitors your entire network, 24/7/365, giving you the network reliability and security of an enterprise class business. When this system receives a warning or a notification that a threshold has been passed, it alerts ABG staff who respond and manage the potential problem. With ABG’s Enabled IT, most problems are identified and corrected before they are even noticed by your users. ABG’s Enabled IT offers four levels of monitoring response to choose from for each service.

Monitoring Service Level Options

  • Monitoring Only
The services are monitored and data is available on the dashboard and in reports, but there is no pre-determined response to warnings or threshold notifications. This level is for non-critical services.
  • Business Hours Support – Phone Call
When a service warning or threshold notification is received during business hours, we call to inform your designated contact person. We will not start working on the problem until we receive authorization.
  • Business Hours Support – Pre-Authorized
When a service warning or threshold notification is received during business hours, we immediately begin working to resolve the problem and notify your designated contact person. A pre-authorized dollar amount can be established which we will not exceed without authorization.
  • 24/7 Support – Pre-Authorized
Whenever a service warning or threshold notification is received we immediately begin working to resolve the problem and notify your designated contact person. A pre-authorized dollar amount can be established which we will not exceed without authorization.
