Monitoring Service Level Options<\/h3>\n

    \nThe services are monitored and data is available on the dashboard and in reports, but there is no pre-determined response to warnings or threshold notifications. This level is for non-critical services.<\/li>\n
  • Business Hours Support \u2013 Phone Call<\/strong>
    \nWhen a service warning or threshold notification is received during business hours, we call to inform your designated contact person. We will not start working on the problem until we receive authorization.<\/li>\n
  • Business Hours Support \u2013 Pre-Authorized<\/strong>
    \nWhen a service warning or threshold notification is received during business hours, we immediately begin working to resolve the problem and notify your designated contact person. A pre-authorized dollar amount can be established which we will not exceed without authorization.<\/li>\n
  • 24\/7 Support \u2013 Pre-Authorized<\/strong>
    \nWhenever a service warning or threshold notification is received we immediately begin working to resolve the problem and notify your designated contact person. A pre-authorized dollar amount can be established which we will not exceed without authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
